After almost 25 years of working with computers, I have decided to offer help to the regular 'non-tech' computer user and/or small business owner who can't afford a full time IT technician..
Do you ever feel like you could use a little computer help, but don't want to have to pay big bucks for a little assistance? Do you ever want help with your computer and/or software, but you don't call for help because the voice on the other end talks to you in "that voice"? You know the one I mean:
"the condescending, bored....
(*sigh*)
make you feel like you are wasting his/her time (*sigh*)?
Recognize that? Well, you won't find that here! What you will find here is a sense of humor, patience, high quality computer help without the jargon, or excessive acronyms!. I promise, you won't need a translator! Whether you are wanting someone to help setup that photo album with your grandchildren's pics to share online, or someone to help translate 'geek speak' to you when you are implementing new software, I'm the one to call!
